Delivery
Delivery of the goods is carried out to the terminal of the transport company chosen by the Buyer in the Seller’s city (dispatch terminal), or to the Buyer’s address, or the Buyer arranges self‑pickup of the Goods from the Seller’s warehouse.Delivery of the Goods is carried out upon presentation of a Power of Attorney from the Buyer.Delivery to the Buyer’s destination is at the Buyer’s expense.At the Buyer’s request, the Goods may be shipped on the Buyer’s behalf and at the Buyer’s expense to another city to the address specified by the Buyer, provided there is a written authorization from the Buyer.
Payment
Payment for the product is made according to the billing details and in accordance with the terms and deadlines specified in the Agreement.Payment is made in full before the goods are shipped.For custom orders, special payment terms are possible and are agreed separately.
Product care
To preserve the beauty and extend the service life of Sagarti lighting, follow these simple care recommendations. For light soiling, wipe porcelain elements with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Use a soft‑bristle brush to remove dust from hard‑to‑reach areas. All collections feature removable pendants that can be detached and thoroughly washed with water or a special solution. Care for metal parts: wipe with a dry flannel or microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a special metal cleaner without alcohol or ammonia. Wipe optical fiber threads with a dry microfiber cloth, avoiding strong pressure. Do not allow bends or mechanical damage—this may affect light output.
Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase and covers:
— electrical components
— base structure
— optical fiber and decorative parts (under proper use).
For porcelain elements, we provide a lifetime warranty. This means we resolve any porcelain‑related issues regardless of the time since purchase.
Packaging
The unit price of the Goods includes both the manufacturing cost and the cost of its packaging. No additional packaging is required when shipping lighting items; for decor items, additional packaging is paid for by the Buyer. All dimensions indicated in the price list may change for production and technical reasons; therefore, before placing an order and installation, we recommend checking the dimensions against the updated technical diagrams and product manuals, which are supplied with the order.
Production timeframes
Lead times depend on the selected product and its quantity and are agreed separately. Delivery of the goods is carried out by the supplier within the timeframes agreed with the buyer, which are specified in the specification to the Agreement.
Return
We strive for impeccable quality and carefully inspect each item before shipping. However, if a return is necessary, please review our standard conditions:
1) Return conditions: you may return the product in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect — if the item has defects that occurred during production.
- Order mismatch — if you received the wrong item or it differs from the agreed specifications.
2) Return timeframes:
- Returns are possible within 14 days from receipt of the product, provided it has not been used.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, a return or exchange is processed within the warranty period.
3) Return procedure:
1. Contact us — submit a return request by email or phone, indicating the order number and reason for return.
2. Provide photos — to expedite review, attach photos of the item and the identified defect (if any).
3. Await confirmation — after reviewing the request, we will agree on the return or replacement terms.
4. Send the item — after return confirmation, ship the item to the specified address.
