Payment

The product price is paid according to the billing details and in accordance with the terms and deadlines specified in the Agreement. Payment is made in full before the goods are shipped. For custom orders, special payment terms are possible, to be agreed separately.

Delivery

We deliver the goods to the terminal of the transport company of your choice, or directly to your address. You can also pick up the goods from the warehouse yourself. A power of attorney from the buyer will be required to hand over the goods. Delivery to the destination is at the buyer’s expense. If convenient, we can ship the goods to another city on your behalf and at your expense—just issue a written authorization, and we will organize everything.

Packaging

The unit price of the product includes both the cost of its production and the packaging. No additional shipping packaging is required for lighting items, only for decor items. It is paid for separately by the buyer. The dimensions indicated in the price list may vary slightly for production reasons. Therefore, before ordering and installation, we recommend checking the current technical diagrams and product manuals—they are always included in the set.

Care

To preserve beauty and extend the service life of Sagarti lighting, follow these simple care recommendations. For light soiling, wipe porcelain elements with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Use a soft‑bristle brush to remove dust from hard‑to‑reach areas. All collections feature removable pendants that can be detached and thoroughly washed with water or a special solution. Care for metal parts: wipe with a dry flannel cloth or a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a special metal cleaner without alcohol or ammonia. Wipe optical fiber threads with a dry microfiber cloth, avoiding strong pressure. Do not allow bending or mechanical damage—this may affect light output.

Anna Romanova

At the factory, Anna is lovingly known as “the flower fairy.” Her creative touch inspired Sagarti to explore floral design and sculptural porcelain, leading to the creation of the beautiful Ammi collection.Anna holds a degree in Architecture of Residential and Industrial Buildings and Structures. A formative and inspiring experience in her life was working as a florist, where she learned the art of creating expressive, unconventional floral arrangements. These skills later became essential in bringing Sagarti’s floral concepts to life.Anna finds joy in every form of creativity — she draws, sculpts flowers from polymer clay and porcelain, and has recently taken an interest in pottery and hand-molding techniques using ceramic and stone materials, experimenting with a variety of glazes. Her favorite phrase: “Everything you can imagine is real.”
