Wu Dai Jie
Sagarti & Wu Dai Jie collaboration is creativity in its purest, most fluid form. From the meeting of two cultures, thanks to the partnership between Russian and Chinese talents, Sagarti’s collection has gained new motifs and lines, where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary design.
About collection
The first step of the collaboration was the Mobula collection. The concept was developed by Sagarti’s creative lab, made up of the company’s founding designers: Olga Pugacheva, Nika Elistratova, Aleksandr Shchipalkin, and Anna Romanova.
The co author of the collection is Wu Dai Jie, an artist who has made a pioneering contribution to contemporary Chinese art and is considered a founder of a new form of crystalline art.

Creation
The underwater world is a separate reality, governed by its own laws, with different rhythms of movement and a unique sense of the passage of time. We bring this fluid, ever changing language of water into interior space, where splashes and deep sea dwellers are captured as sculptural forms.
Handcrafted
Wu Dai Jie became a pioneer of a new kind of crystalline art, using advanced synthetic crystalline materials. Synthetic crystal is very close to natural stone in terms of transparency and jewel like brilliance, yet it also has exceptional plasticity, allowing complex artistic visions to be fully realized.
