Mobula Collection
Mobula Installation
Designed by Olga Pugacheva
Description
The Mobula collection consists of pendant luminaires inspired by the graceful form of manta rays and the spirit of the sea. Their sculptural, minimalist silhouettes become refined accents in an interior, filling the space without overloading it. The Mobula ray hovers weightlessly in the air, held by fine metal cables that are nearly invisible. Built-in LEDs, discreetly hidden in the tail of each element, cast a soft glow and intricate shadows. This lighting creates an atmosphere of serenity and mystery, reminiscent of the underwater world.

Care
To preserve beauty and extend the service life of Sagarti lighting, follow these simple care recommendations. For light soiling, wipe porcelain elements with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Use a soft‑bristle brush to remove dust from hard‑to‑reach areas. All collections feature removable pendants that can be detached and thoroughly washed with water or a special solution. Care for metal parts: wipe with a dry flannel cloth or a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a special metal cleaner without alcohol or ammonia. Wipe optical fiber threads with a dry microfiber cloth, avoiding strong pressure. Do not allow bending or mechanical damage—this may affect light output.

Even the most sophisticated equipment cannot breathe life into an inanimate object. Through the warmth of an artists’ hands, a piece of clay draws vitality from its creator’s soul and gains life.

She lives in a picturesque place, just a few steps away from a forest and a lake. That is why Sagarti’s journey in product design began with the image of a butterfly — and continues to evolve through an eco-conscious approach and the desire to express the beauty of the world around us. Olga graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture at Penza State University of Architecture and Construction, majoring in Interior Design. She worked in interior design for more than ten years before the studio team decided to explore product design — and that’s how Sagarti was born. Olga is passionate about drawing. Her favorite medium is graphics with watercolor, and just like in her design work, nature remains her main source of inspiration. Her favorite phrase: “Beauty is in the details.”
